Exposure to the sun immediately after applying GUAM products is not recommended. It is best to wait a few hours.
Some seaweed mud creams cause tingling and a strong sensation of heat, and sometimes my skin is red. Is this normal?
Yes, it is completely normal to feel a sensation of heat or tingling accompanied by possible redness on the areas of application. These effects are the result of the action of GUAM algae and other active ingredients in the products.
Now that I know that it is normal to feel tingling and a feeling of heat on the treated areas, sometimes when I use GUAM products regularly, I do not feel the same sensations anymore. Is this normal?
No worries! The reduction in tingling and warmth may occur after a number of applications of GUAM products because the skin reacts differently to the functional ingredients. This external reaction is not, however, related to the effectiveness of the product.
My jar of GUAM mud is liquid on top, what is the problem?
This is completely normal. As it is a natural product, liquids and essential oils tend to separate from the clay and algae. For correct application, we recommend that you mix the product before each use until it has a creamy texture.
Can I use GUAM products to define my abs?
GUAM seaweed mud can be used on all areas of the body as long as it does not come into contact with your face / eyes / mouth and your "intimate areas". That said, you can also use our belly and waist algae mud and cream if you wish to have a targeted action on the abdominal belt.
Are the products in the GUAM range tested on animals?
